You can estimate the approximate cost of a Full Feng Shui Consultation and Introductory Consultation using the basic fee structures below. Personal Feng Shui Consultation The fee for a personal Full Feng Shui Consultation is based on the square footage of the home at the rate of $1.00 per sq. ft. A personal consultation includes homes, condominiums and apartments. An Introductory Personal Consultation is available at the rate of $540.00. Business Feng Shui Consultation The fee for a business Full Feng Shui Consultation is based on the square footage of the business at the rate of $1.00 per square foot. A business consultation includes private offices, medical/retail/hospitality/service/ restaurant/spa and entertainment facilities. An Introductory Business Consultation is available at the rate of $540.00. The fee for manufacturing and warehouse facilities is based on the square footage at the rate of $.50 per square foot. An Introductory Consultation is available for manufacturing and warehouse facilities at the rate of $540.00. The Fee for long distance consultations of all types will vary depending on the scope of the project, time needed and travel. Please contact Trish for an estimate. Feng Shui Online Residential/Commercial Fees for online residential consultations are by the hour at the rate of $270.00 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Fees for online commercial consultations, for projects up to 3000 sq. ft., are by the hour at the rate of $270.00 with a two-hour minimum. Please contact Trish for projects above 3000 sq. ft. Feng Shui Building or Site Selection Fees start at $270.00 per hour with a two-hour minimum. This includes traveling to several sites or building. Art Consultation The fee for an Art Consultation is at the rate of $270.00 per hour with a two-hour minimum for both residential and commercial properties. Dressing For Success Consultation The fee for a Dressing For Success Consultation is at the rate of $270.00 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Additional Services Speaker Fees Fees for speaking engagements vary according to the event, audience size, travel and other considerations. Please contact Trish for a customized quote.
